Dr. G Anuhya Reddy is the recipient of the Global Women’s Development Award from UNICEF. She is passionate about charity for women and children who are in desperate need of food, and daily needs. She intends to ease the suffering of people around her and in society. By profession, she is an industrialist, Tollywood (Telugu Films) producer, and stylist in the fashion designing industry. She is well revered in the community and as a sign of respect, she has been appointed as working chairman for the Human Right Council of India (HRCI), South Region, Advisory Board Member for Sri Rama Janmabhoomi Mandira Nirmana Nidhi Abhiyan, Vice-President of Rashtriya Samajik Samrasta Sangathan since 2021, State Secretary for Minority Morcha, and Vice-President for Spiritual Wing - Namo Mission Vande Gau Mataram Trust. With the passion she has for philanthropy she has founded Kovida Sahrudaya Foundation to ease the suffering in society and to help the needy.
1,01,116 on behalf of Kovida Sahrdaya Foundation for restoration of dilapidated 11th century Shiva Temple at Gamalapadu village. 29.03.2023 - Wednesday - In order to rehabilitate the dilapidated Shiva temple built by Nagamma, the then first woman ministerial leader in the 11th century at Gamalapadu village in Dhagepalli mandal of Palnadu district, the President of the Vice-SCP State BC Cell and the Government Whip of the Legislative Council Mr. Janga Krishnamurthy inspected the site of the Shiva temple.
1,01,116 was donated for the temple by Kovida Sahrdaya Foundation. Palnadu District Collector Mr. Toleti Sivashankar donated 50116. The famous Thallayapalem Shaivakshetra President Sri Sri Siva Swamulu Garu said that he would present the Marakata Shiva Lingam. 50116 was donated by village elders and Sarpanch of Gamalapadu Shri Janga Suresh. All the elders of Dhagepalli mandal also contributed financially. Swachh Andhra Corporation State Director Lal Bhasha Garu and others participated in this program.
